Çok sayıda (milyon sayıda) kaydı crm den excele verirken alınan timed out hatasının çözümü için yapılacak işler. 1) hkey local machine/.../mscrm in altına dword olarak oledbtimeout değişkeni  eklenir; değer olarak decima 86400 degeri verilir. 2) SQL den mscrm veri tabanı altından organizationbase tablosu altında maximumrecordexporttoexcel sütununa 100000000 gibi bir değer verilir. 3) Son olarak en önemli işlerden biri çoğu blogda ve soru cevap sitesinde yok, crm web sayfalarının bulunduğu,crmweb dosyasının altında web.config dosyası açılır, <httpRuntime executionTimeout="3600" maxRequestLength="20000" /> bu satır bulunur ve değerler görüldüğü şekilde değiştirilir. Bu işlemlerden sonra 1 000 000 kaydı excele vermeyi başardık. Dosyanın boyutu 250 MB tı excelde açtıktn sonra save as diyip office 2007 e çevirmek gerekiyor. In microsoft dynamics crm, when you searching recored you can not find deactivate records especially, in case or sales orders you can not find resolves cases and fulfilled orders. One our customer toll us that he want to searc deactive records, bu you know that crm search view is a system view and could not customizable.  For customize ths view open sql server--> orgname_mscrm-->savedqueries table, and find your view name. then edit the iscustomizable field set it to true. then refresh the view than go search criteria, and remove the criteria that bann deactive record. and publish the view.
